McALESTER — Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Bishop Chapel of Memories with the Rev. Lonnie Clunn, the Rev. Bill Smith and the Rev. Cecil Day officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Bishop Funeral Service of McAlester.

Born Nov. 14, 1945, in McAlester, she was the daughter of Elisha William Brown and Leoma (Dickens) Brown. She graduated from McAlester High School in 1964.

She had worked for Rockwell International, Techtronics, Cal Drug and retired from the Choctaw Nation Casino, where she worked as a purchasing agent.

She enjoyed gardening house plants, crafts and fishing.

Survivors include a daughter, Missy O’Kelley, of Haileyville; brothers, Terry Brown and wife, Kitty, of Vinita, and Kenny Brown and wife, Diane, of Edmond; sister, Joy Greer and husband, Jerry, of Tulsa; extended family, Lee Ann Bruton, Lauren Mills, Jorden Mills and Cecil Ward, and numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Elisha and Leoma Brown, and maternal grandmother, Eva Grantham Dickens.

Honorary pallbearers will be Jill Hutchison, Sharon Clifton, Rowena O’Kelley, Kay Sanders and Kathy Morgan-Motes.
