Tony Derlon Boatman, 48, of Kiowa, died Tuesday, April 16, 2013, at his residence.
Graveside services will be 4 p.m. Saturday at Kiowa Cemetery. Linda Snider will officiate. Interment will follow.

He was born on March 11, 1965, in Little Rock, Ark., to Herbert Derlon and Patricia Turner Boatman.
He went to school in Arlington, Texas. He became an electrician and also worked in construction. He had lived several years in the Kiowa area. He enjoyed being outdoors, fishing and playing with children. He was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by two sisters and a brother-in-law, Glenda and Trent Mitchell, of Fort Worth, Texas, and Tabitha Lynch; five nephews, Dustin Martinez, Michael Martinez, Mason Mitchell, Allan Lynch and Dalton Wheat, and a special brother and friend, Ricky Cottrell, of Kiowa.
He was preceded in death by his father, Herbert Boatman, and his mother, Patricia Neal.
