McALESTER — Rilda Null, 80, of Collinsville, formerly of Stuart, died Sunday, Dec. 

22, 2013, in Collinsville.

Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Pryor Cemetery Chapel 

in Stuart with the Rev. George Mantooth officiating. Burial will be at 

Pryor Cemetery in Stuart. Funeral arrangements are under the direction 

of Brumley-Mills Funeral Home of McAlester.

Born Sept. 30, 1933, in Seminole, she was the daughter of Chester and 

Jewel (Cook) Sheppard. She married Howard Null on Aug. 17, 1953, in 

McAlester.

She enjoyed making ceramics, porcelain dolls and paintings. She was of 

the Baptist faith.

Survivors include children and spouses, Woody and Lynn Null, of Tulsa, 

Kay and Ronnie Glenn, of Collinsville, and Steve and Sheri Null, of 

Eufaula; grandchildren, Jason Null, Monica Bailey, Mary Glenn, Aaron 

Glenn, Amanda Luker and Kyle Loveland; numerous great-grandchildren; 

two brothers and a sister,  Kenneth Sheppard, Kermit and Nancy 

Sheppard, and Sue and Ron Baker; three sisters-in-law, Lola Westfall, 

Edith West and Ida Kelly, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; brother, Chester 

Sheppard; two brothers-in-law and two sisters-in-law.
