— Harryette Lee Craig, 62, of Eufaula, died there Friday, April 25, 2008.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the McLish Avenue Church of Christ with Ben Bailey officiating. Burial will be at McAlister Cemetery under the direction of Harvey-Douglas Funeral Home of Ardmore.
Born Aug. 1, 1945, in Midland, Texas, to Howard Dorsett and Margaret Akin Sparger, she married Tommy Craig on July 19, 1994, at Fort Smith, Ark. She graduated from Ardmore High School and was the manager of the HiWay Inn for more than 10 years. After marrying, they moved to Eufaula, where she worked as manager of Felts Shoe Store for five years. She enjoyed gardening and was of the Church of Christ faith.
Survivors include her husband, Tommy Craig, of the home; sons, Shannon Claxton and his wife, Jennifer, of Ardmore, Joe Craig and fiancé, Sharon Moseley, of Hartshorne, Randall Craig and wife, April, of Moore; her mother, Margaret Sparger, of Ardmore; brothers, Richard of Ladisen, S.C. Howard Jr. of St. Mary’s, Ga., Joe, of Midwest City, and her grandchildren, Keller Claxton, Chelsey and Alyssa Craig.
