An Oklahoma City man and woman arrested Tuesday have been charged with four felonies in Pittsburg County District Court.

Phillip Gail Slade Jr. and Katrina Marie Rodgers, both 28, were each charged with trafficking in illegal drugs, possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute within 2,000 feet of a school, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony.

Each was also charged with a misdemeanor count of driving with a license that had been canceled, suspended or revoked. Each is being held at the county jail in lieu of $50,000 bond.

Both the methamphetamine and cocaine charges are punishable upon conviction by imprisonment for four years to life. In addition, the trafficking charge is punishable by a fine of $25,000 to $200,000 and possession of a controlled substance within 2,000 feet of a school is punishable by a fine of up to $20,000.

Another man arrested at the same time was charged with false personation, a felony punishable by imprisonment for up to 10 years.
