Here is the Pittsburg County Felony Report as published April 9, 2006:

• Clifton T. Peterson, 35, McAlester, was charged Friday with assault and battery, domestic assault and battery and pointing weapon.

• Derek Charles Miller, 37, Marionville, Mo., was charged Friday with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and speeding.

• Matthew Lee Campbell, 38, Aurora, Mo., was charged Friday with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Helen Dawn Edwards, 31, McAlester, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Nathan Andrew Dixon, 24, McAlester, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Earl Lavern Harris Jr., 35, McAlester, was charged Friday with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Craig Allen McDonald, 27, McAlester, was charged Friday with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Jeremy Jerard Edwards, 25, McAlester, was charged Thursday with domestic assault and battery.

• Amanda Jo Beauchamp, Kiowa, was charged Tuesday with selling an alcoholic beverage to a minor. The charge was dismissed Friday and refiled as a misdemeanor.

• Ronda K. Ross, 32, Kiowa, was charged Tuesday with selling an alcoholic beverage to a minor. The charge was dismissed Friday and refiled as a misdemeanor.

• Mark Wayne Rener, 29, Cisco, Texas, was charged Tuesday with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Nancy Lynn Thompson, 39, Krebs, was charged Tuesday with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Transito Negrete Hernandez, 44, Fort Smith, Ark., was charged Monday with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

• Lee Roy Epps, 71, McAlester, was charged Monday with aggravated assault and battery.

• Carl Wayne Simmons, 54, McAlester, was charged March 31 with driving under the influence of alcohol and transporting an open container of liquor.
