CANADIAN — With both the home and visiting sections cheering at full volume, the Kiowa Cowboys and Canadian Cougars waged a back-and-forth battle throughout Tuesday’s game.
In the end, Canadian delivered the final blow.
Canadian overcame a 4-point deficit in the final minute of the game, and Ryan Leal sank two free throws with 3.2 seconds left to give the Cougars a thrilling 60-59 home win against the Cowboys.
With the win, Canadian improved to 12-5. Kiowa fell to 16-8.
