McALESTER — PITTSBURG COUNTY DISTRICT COURT LOGS

New felony charges

The following new felony cases were filed in Pittsburg County District Court March 10-14.

Sunnie Nacole Barton, 23, of McAlester, was charged March 14 with uttering forged instrument.

David Shannon Loveall, 48, of McAlester, was charged March 14 with uttering forged instrument.

Jason Luker, 40, of Hartshorne, was charged March 14 with uttering forged instrument.

Billy Shaun Lindley, 43, of McAlester, was charged March 13 with obtaining cash or merchandise by bogus check or false pretenses.

Roderick Lee Miller, of McAlester, was charged March 13 with possession of controlled dangerous substance and misdemeanor obstructing officer.

Acamie Decole Moton, also known as Davis, 41, of McAlester, was charged March 13 with grand larceny.

Terry R. Ryan, 27, of McAlester, was charged March 13 with possession of controlled dangerous substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Aaron Ray Todd, 41, of McAlester, was charged March 13 with embezzlement.

Samantha J. McMillan, 27, of Pittsburg, was charged March 11 with possession of controlled dangerous substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jeffery Taylor Newport, 48, of McAlester, was charged March 11 with possession of controlled dangerous substance.

Devin Sizemore, 19, of Krebs, was charged March 11 with assault with a dangerous weapon.

Sizemore was also charged March 11 with larceny of automobile, knowingly concealing stolen property, bringing contraband drug into jail or penal institution, and misdemeanor possession of controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Randall W. Bridges, 28, of Kiowa, was charged March 10 with second-degree burglary and misdemeanor malicious injury to property valued at less than $1,000.

Harold D. Carshall, 59, of Haileyville, was charged March 10 with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and misdemeanor driving with a suspended license

Tabatha Rene Dungan, 27, of Oklahoma City, was charged March 10 with possession of controlled dangerous substance.

Jennifer Lynn Kissee, 35, of Terlton, was charged March 10 with harboring runaway child.

Craig Scott Powell, 58, of Hartshorne, was charged March 10 with aggravated DUI alcohol and misdemeanor unsafe lane use.

Dixie Ray, 23, of Hartshorne, was charged March 10 with assault and battery on police officer and misdemeanor public intoxication.

Richard Michael Snow, 33, of McAlester, was charged March 10 with domestic assault and battery in the presence of a minor.

Felony dispositions

The following felony cases were decided March 7 in Pittsburg County District Court. Listings do not include all court costs and fees.

Christopher J. Burke, 28, of McAlester, pleaded no contest March 7 to DUI alcohol, and judgment and sentencing were deferred for five years. He was also fined $500 and was ordered to attend two victim’s impact panels, obtain a drug and alcohol evaluation, and attend DUI school.

Colton Tate Kelley, 22, of McAlester, pleaded guilty March 7 to possession of synthetic cannabis, possession of controlled dangerous substance, and misdemeanor DUI alcohol and/or drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia. A 10-year sentence was suspended on the drug charges, and a one-year sentence was suspended on the DUI, to be served concurrently with each other and with sentencing in a separate case. He was also fined $400, ordered to enter Pittsburg County Drug Court and to remain jailed at the council jail until released or transported to rehabilitation as determined by the drug court. Dismissed was a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Also on March 7, Kelley pleaded guilty to charges of possession of controlled dangerous substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. A 10-year sentence was suspended on the felony charge, and one-year sentence was suspended on the misdemeanor, to be served concurrently with each other and with sentencing in a separate case. He was also fined $5,000, with all but $300 suspended, on the felony and $100 on the misdemeanor. He was also ordered to enter Pittsburg County Drug Court and to remain jailed at the council jail until released or transported to rehabilitation as determined by the drug court.

Edward Monroe Marshall Jr., 54, of Leonard, pleaded guilty March 7 to aggravated DUI alcohol and misdemeanor  driving with a suspended license. A three-year sentence was suspended on the felony charge, and he was fined $350.

Jimmy Robert Steele, 33, of Krebs, pleaded guilty March 7 to assault and battery with deadly weapon, possession of altered air pistol, and misdemeanor malicious injury to property valued at less than $1,000, threaten to perform act of violence, and driving with license canceled, suspended or revoked. A 15-year sentence was suspended on the assault charge, a five-year sentence was suspended on the firearm charge, and one-year sentences were suspended on the misdemeanors, all ordered served concurrently with each other and with sentencing in two other cases. He was also fined $800, restitution in the case was reserved and a misdemeanor charge of transporting opened container of beer was dismissed. He was also ordered to have no contact with the victim in the case.

Johnathan Dewayne Williams, 40, of McAlester, pleaded guilty March 7 to possession of controlled dangerous substance and a 10-year sentence was suspended, to be served concurrently with sentencing in a separate case. He was also fined $5,000, with all but $500 suspended.
