McALESTER — Day 4 of the Pitt 8 Conference Tournament wrapped on Thursday with the three remaining semi-finals at the Southeast Expo Center in McAlester, and the championship games are now set! Savanna will face Kiowa in the girls' championship, while Canadian will face Stuart in the boys'.
Canadian secured its spot in the boys' finals with a 39-22 win against Savanna, and Stuart secured its spot with a 44-23 win against Kiowa later on Thursday evening. A night after Kiowa earned its trip to the girls championship, Savanna followed suit with a 63-26 win against Canadian in between Thursday's two boys' games.
Canadian will play Pittsburg in the girls' third-place game on Friday at 6:10 p.m., and Savanna will play Kiowa in the boys' third-place game on Friday at 8:30 p.m. The girls' championship starts Saturday at 6:30 p.m., the boys' championship Saturday at 8 p.m.
