McALESTER — Christmas has come and gone, New Years has come and gone, and that means the winter high school sports scene has resumed. Find your school below.

Canadian split its two games Monday at Haileyville. The Cougars won 62-53, but the Lady Cougars lost 38-29.
Canadian played Stuart on Tuesday in a game that matched two boys’ teams undefeated in the Pitt 8 Conference. Canadian next plays at Oktaha on Tuesday.
Crowder’s basketball season continued Tuesday at Quinton. The 3-7 Demons and 2-9 Demonettes host Hanna on Friday.
Haileyville split Monday’s home games against Canadian, the Warriors losing 62-53, but the Lady Warriors winning 62-53.
Haileyville next plays at the Dee Foster Invitational in Pittsburg. The Warriors, the defending tournament champions, play Milburn on Thursday at 8:20 p.m., and the Lady Warriors play Calvin on Thursday at 1 p.m.
All semifinal games will take place Friday. The Saturday schedule will be: girls’ consolation final at 12:30 p.m.; boys’ consolation final at 2 p.m.; girls’ third-place game at 3:30 p.m.; boys’ third-place game at 5 p.m.; girls’ championship at 6:30 p.m.; and boys’ championship at 8 p.m.
Hartshorne’s basketball season resumed Tuesday with a home game against Heavener. Hartshorne next plays in the Tushka-AmeriState Invitational Tournament, the 4-1 Miners playing Tushka on Thursday at 7 p.m., and the 2-3 Lady Miners playing Boswell on Thursday at 5:40 p.m.
Indianola’s season continued Tuesday at home against Kiowa. The Warriors entered the game 1-10, and the Warriorettes entered 0-10.
Indianola next plays in the Dee Foster Invitational. The Warriorettes play Soper on Thursday at 11 a.m., then the Warriors play Soper on Thursday at 12:20 p.m.
Kiowa played Indianola on Tuesday. Kiowa next plays at the Moss Tournament in Holdenville, the 7-3 Cowboys playing Bowlegs on Thursday at 5:15 p.m., and the 7-3 Cowgirls playing Moss on Thursday at 6:30 p.m.
All of the Moss Invitational semifinals will take place Friday. The Saturday schedule will be: girls’ consolation final at 10 a.m.; boys’ consolation final at 11:30 a.m.; girls’ third-place game at 1 p.m.; boys’ third-place game at 2:30 p.m.; girls’ championship at 4 p.m.; and boys’ championship at 5:30 p.m.
McAlester split its games against Idabel on Saturday at the Savage Classic in Broken Bow. The Buffs won 64-48, but the Lady Buffs lost 59-41.
The Buffs played Tahlequah-Sequoyah in the first round of the Bedouin Shrine Classic in Muskogee on Tuesday, and the Lady Buffs played Tulsa Webster. The losers play Thursday in the consolation semifinals, and the winners play Friday in the semifinals.
With eight schools competing in each of four divisions, 16 different games will take place Saturday to decide everything from seventh place through tournament champion. Games start at 9 a.m. at Muskogee High School, the Muskogee Civic Center and Hilldale High School, then continue throughout the day until the large school boys’ championship at 9 p.m. at the Civic Center.
McAlester’s wrestling team hosts Durant for a dual-meet on Thursday. The McAlester Open tournament will run Friday and Saturday, with matches starting at 11 a.m. and 10 a.m., respectively.
Pittsburg’s basketball season resumed Tuesday at home against Bennington. Pittsburg next hosts the Dee Foster Invitational, which starts Thursday.
The 2-8 Panthers play Braggs on Thursday at 5:40 p.m., and the 7-4 Lady Panthers play Milburn at 7 p.m.
Quinton hosted Crowder on Tuesday and next plays Pocola at home Thursday. The Savages went 3-3 in 2013, and the Lady Savages went 3-0.
Quinton’s wrestling team will be at Checotah on Monday.
Savanna lost both its games of the Henryetta Invitational Tournament on Monday. The Bulldogs lost 59-26 to Weleetka, and the Lady Bulldogs lost 60-37 to Savanna.
The Bulldogs next play either Kiefer or Eufaula in the consolation semifinals on Friday at 9 p.m., and the Lady Bulldogs play Henryetta on Friday at 7:40 p.m.
The girls’ consolation final starts Saturday at 1 p.m., and the boys’ consolation final starts Saturday at 2:30 p.m.
Stuart played Canadian on Tuesday and next hosts Quinton on Friday. The Hornets went 8-1 in 2013, and the Lady Hornets went 7-2.
Wilburton split its two games at the Henryetta Invitational on Monday. The Diggers lost 51-26 to Henryetta, but the Lady Diggers beat Savanna 60-37.
The Diggers next play either Okmulgee or Metro Christian in the consolation semifinals Friday at 6:20 p.m. The Lady Diggers next play Weleetka in the semifinals Thursday at 7:40 p.m.
The girls’ championship will take place Saturday at 7 p.m.
