Deerinwater, Pinson announce upcoming marriage

McALESTER — Morgan Britt Deerinwater, of McAlester, and Clayton Lee Pinson, of Canadian, plan to wed March 15, 2013, at 7 p.m. at the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant at the Lee Maxwell Center.

The colors of the wedding will be black, purple and green.

Services will be officiated by David Hunnicutt, the cousin of the groom.

The bride’s parents are Bruce Deerinwater II, of McAlester, and Robin Klusak and Shane Klusak, of McAlester.

The groom’s parents are Janetta and Douglas Pinson, of Canadian.

Grandparents of the bride are Burt and Donna Robinson and Roger and Ava Kelly.

Grandparents of the groom are the late Claude and Thelma Pinson and the late Robert and Imogene Jones.

The bride will be given in marriage by the bride’s father, Bruce Deerinwater II.

The Maid of Honor will be Kayce Long, the bride’s roommate in college and teammate from college softaball at Carl Albert State College.

Bride’s attendants are Katey Johnson, LaDerra Stanford and Macey Courtright.

The Best Man will be Brian Burns, the groom’s brother.

Groom’s attendants are Jeff Byington, Tyler Miller, Ryan Miller and Drew Miller.

The wedding reception will be held at the Lee Maxwell Center at McAAP.

The bride graduated from Savanna in 2010 and went on to play softball at CASC in 2012. She is now a full-time student at East Central University and plans to graduate in 2014.

The bride is employed at HL’s Sport Shop in McAlester.

The groom graduated from Canadian in 2007. He is currently employed at McAAP as a forklift operator.
