McALESTER — According to documents obtained from the Oklahoma State Department of Environmental Quality, one man has been investigated for allegedly dumping 392 yards of solid waste onto the bank of a creek in McAlester.
According to a report by DEQ investigator Emily Hoskin, in November Hoskin went to a property on B Street and Ottawa Avenue and “watched the Henry Moss Company tear down a house and load the debris into dump trucks.”
The reports states Hoskin “then followed the trucks to Keith Kinnamon’s property on West Seminole and watched as the truck dumped the material on the back side of the property by the creek.”
