Local man and woman charged with rape, sexual battery

McALESTER — A 21-year-old McAlester woman and an 18-year-old Kiowa man have been accused of rape and sexual battery.

Dominick Shane Willie and Montana C. Seeley were charged Wednesday in Pittsburg County District Court with one count each of felony rape by instrumentation and felony sexual battery.

According to court records, Willie and Seeley allegedly sexually violated a 16-year-old girl on Oct. 16. Just before 9 p.m. that day, Pittsburg County Deputy Daniel McHenry responded to a call regarding a possible rape. McHenry interviewed the alleged victim and she told him that Willie, her ex-boyfriend, and a woman, Seeley, allegedly held her down against her will and sexually violated her, a police affidavit states.

The 16-year-old told McHenry that “she was kicking and squirming to get away but she couldn’t,” the affidavit states.

After the alleged abuse occurred, Willie and Seeley allegedly dropped the young girl off at her friends house in McAlester, according to the affidavit.

Police interviewed Willie regarding the incident and placed him and Seeley under arrest, the affidavit states.

“They both had initial appearances today,” said District 18 First Assistant District Attorney Richard Hull on Wednesday. “And both entered not guilty pleas.”

If convicted, they are facing up to life in prison.
