McALESTER — Wilburton Kiwanis President Will Cocke, left, presents Wilburton High School student Felecia Clark with a plaque honoring her as the January Student of the Month.
Felecia, recognized with the honor by the Wilburton Kiwanis Club, was the special guest during the club’s Jan. 23 meeting at Eastern Oklahoma State College.
She is the daughter of Randy Clark, the late Pamela Clark and Tennie Clark. She is a member of the Lady Digger basketball team, FBLA, FCA, FCS, vocal music, and Courageous and the National Honor Society.
Felecia is also active in student council where she serves as a representative at-large and is a
co-founder of Courageous. She is a member of the Red Oak First Baptist where she is active in the youth group. She also participated in the Meals on Wheels program and operates the soundboard for her school’s theatrical productions. Her hobbies include poetry and being with friends.
She plans to attend EOSC and East Central University to complete a bachelor’s degree in special education with a minor in mathematics.
