McALESTER — A man accused of allegedly hiring police impersonators to evict his tenants has been arrested again, this time for allegedly failing to appear in court.
On Friday, Dusty Swing, 45, of McAlester, was arrested after failing to appear for preliminary hearing on Thursday in Pittsburg County Court. He was immediately released after posting $10,000 bond, according to court records.
Swing was originally arrested in January on a felony count of conspiracy for allegedly conspiring and planning the kidnapping of his former tenants. He was charged along with alleged police impersonators: Brian Garrison, Gary Mooney and Margie Williford.
