In January, District 18 Narcotics Task Force agents executed a search warrant on a home in Krebs. A woman who was arrested and subsequently charged pleaded guilty Friday.
Robin Sue Beaver, 51, of Krebs, pleaded guilty to a charge of distributing controlled dangerous substances. Additional drug charges were dismissed.
According to an affidavit, Beaver sold nine pills (including Morphine and Oxycodone) to an undercover narcotics agent on Jan. 18.
Then, on Jan. 20, authorities executed a search warrant at her residence and found marijuana, smoking pipes, over $1,500 in bundled currency and over 200 pills — including Alprazolam, Morphine, Oxycodone and Zolpidem.
After pleading guilty, Beaver received a 10-year suspended sentence and is required to be supervised by community sentencing for two years.
