Casey House earns Eagle Scout

McALESTER — Casey Lee House a ninth grader at McAlester High School will receive his Eagle Scout rank March 11 at Lakewood Christian Church. Eagle is the highest rank of the Boy Scouts of America.

House,15, is the son of Cliff and Ann Marie House and the brother of Caleb.“We are really proud of him” said Cliff House said his father who also pastor of Lakewood Christian Church. 

Casey House a member of troop 499, has earned 45 merit badges and is a member of the Order of the Arrow, according to his father. 

“Casey’s service project for Eagle was to construct spider blocks for the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation,” Cliff House said, “The spider blocks were placed in nearby lakes to provide a habitat for fish.”
