Bailey takes on credit administration in new job a The Bank N.A.
From submitted reports
There’s a new face in town when it comes to lending at a local bank.
Ronda H. Bailey has joined The Bank N. A. as executive vice president/chief credit administrative officer. She will work at the main branch, at Second Street and Carl Albert Parkway, according to Greg Brown, president and CEO.
Bailey was most recently the chief credit officer for Home National Bank in Arkansas City, Kan., where she was a member of the executive management team, executive loan committee and the asset liability management committee. In addition, she supervised all credit staff.
At The Bank N.A., Bailey will oversee all aspects of lending.
Bailey earned a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration from Kansas Newman College in 1995 and a Professional Master of Banking from the Academy of Professional Banking (LSU) in partnership with Sheshunoff Management in 2007.
Bailey has moved to McAlester with her husband, Stephen. They have one daughter and son-in-law, Virginia and Gabe Webb of Liberal, Kan. Most of their family lives in Northwest Louisiana, so this move puts them within driving distance of both destinations. “McAlester is very much like the community I grew up in, and I’m very excited to make it my new home.” Bailey said.
“Ronda’s skill level, background, and credit underwriting skills are a solid fit for the Bank N.A. We’re very happy to welcome her to our family,” Brown said.
