Larry Wayne Walden

Larry Wayne Walden, 67, died Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2009.

Funeral services will at 10 a.m. Monday at Faith Lutheran Church in Oklahoma City. Burial will be at Resthaven Memory Gardens Cemetery in Oklahoma City. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Resthaven Funeral Home of Oklahoma City.

Born March 5, 1942, in Wilburton, he was the son of Jimmie and Johnnie Walden.

His favorite past times included hunting and fishing.

He retired from Lucent Technology after 39 years of service.

Survivors include his wife, June; one son, Jeff Walden and wife, Monica, of Mount Pleasant; two daughters, Debbie Johnson, of Oklahoma City, and Dawnda Hurtt and husband, Chris, of Oklahoma City; one brother, Jimmie Walden, of Wilburton; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
