David T. Bloxham

David T. Bloxham, 48, of Tannehill, died Sunday, May 11, 2008, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Tulsa.

Memorial services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at Tannehill Cemetery Pavilion with Raymond Shann officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Brumley-Mills Funeral Home of McAlester.

Born March 26, 1960, in Danville, Ark., he was the son of Floyd and Edna H. (Coy) Bloxham. He was of the Assembly of God faith.

Survivors include three sons and a daughter-in-law, Brent Bloxham, of Pittsburg County, Cody Wayne and Jordan Bloxham, of Porum, and Jeffery David Bloxham, of Porum; numerous grandchildren.

Also, three sisters, Sandra Kay Bailey and fiancé, Doug Thorne, of Missouri, Carol and Raymond Shann, of Eufaula, and Debbie Greg Maze, of Kellyville, and three brothers and sisters-in-law, Jeffery Floyd and Mary Bloxham, of Tannehill, Johnny Paul and Jennifer Bloxham, of Blocker, and Kenneth Alan and Dana Bloxham, of Tannehill.

He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
