The following felony cases were decided in Pittsburg County District Court Sept. 22-29. Dispositions include dismissed cases, suspended and deferred sentences, and sentences from trials and plea bargains.

• Ronnie L. Faulconer, 45, of McAlester, pleaded guilty Sept. 29 to possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine and marijuana, within 1,000 feet of a school, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to eight years, with another 12 years suspended, to be served concurrent with sentencing in another case. He was also fined $1,250 and was given credit for time served. Faulconer had been charged with the prior conviction enhancement for a 2004 drug conviction that resulted in a seven-year sentence, with another eight suspended, and a 2001 drug conviction resulting in a four-year sentence.

• Jeromey Dion Zimmerman, 31, of rural McAlester, pleaded guilty Sept. 25 to omitting to provide for minor child and a four-year sentence was suspended, to be served concurrent with sentencing in another case. He was also ordered to pay $7,169.54 in restitution.

• Brendia Sue Little, 56, of Haileyville, pleaded guilty Sept. 25 to embezzlement and was sentenced to two years, with another eight years suspended, to be served concurrent with sentencing in three other cases. She was also fined $1,000 and was ordered to pay $2,332.83 in restitution. The charge was filed with the prior conviction enhancement for a 2002 theft case in Lamar County, Texas, that resulted in a two-year sentence.

• Cody Ray Williams, 19, of McAlester, pleaded guilty Sept. 25 to possession of a stolen vehicle and misdemeanor malicious injury to property and leaving the scene of an accident involving damage. A three-year sentence was suspended, to be served concurrent with sentencing in another case, and restitution in the case was reserved. Misdemeanor charges of obstructing officer and driving with license suspended were dismissed.

• Jennifer Mitchell, 27, of McAlester, pleaded guilty Sept. 25 to false personation and judgment and sentencing were deferred for two years.

• Angel M. Rowell, 23, of McAlester, pleaded guilty Sept. 25 to possession of controlled substance, methamphetamine and marijuana, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and transporting opened container of beer. Judgment and sentencing were deferred for three years, and she was fined $250.

• Dannelle Driver, 27, of rural Pittsburg, pleaded guilty Sept. 25 to possession of controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Judgment and sentencing were deferred for five years, and she was fined $600.



The following misdemeanor cases were decided in Pittsburg County District Court Sept. 22-29. Dispositions include dismissed cases, suspended and deferred sentences, and sentences from trials and plea bargains.

• Pavel Lenkova, 18, of rural Canadian, pleaded guilty Sept. 29 to operating a motorcycle without motorcycle endorsement, eluding police officer and failure to pay taxes due to state. Judgment and sentencing were deferred for one year and he was fined $200.

• Cindi Ann Otis, 46, of McAlester, pleaded guilty Sept. 29 to driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Judgment and sentencing were deferred for two years and she was fined $500. She was also ordered to attend a Victim’s Impact Panel within 60 days and a charge of leaving scene of accident involving damage was dismissed.

• Daniel Leon Griffin, 27, of rural Stuart, pleaded no contest Sept. 29 to transporting loaded firearm in motor vehicle. Judgment and sentencing were deferred for six months and he was fined $100. A charge of failure to maintain security was dismissed.

• Charges of driving without a valid driver’s license, operating a motor vehicle without valid license plate and speeding were dismissed Sept. 29 for Robert L. Frederick, 44, of Tallulah, La.

• A charge of driving without a valid driver’s license was dismissed Sept. 28 for Dustin M. Moore, 20, of Stuart.

• Three bogus check counts were dismissed Sept. 28 for Donald L. Enis, 70, of rural Canadian because Enis is deceased.

• Victor E. Vann III, 28, of Tulsa, pleaded guilty Sept. 28 to driving with license revoked and a one-year sentence was suspended. He was also fined $200.

• Ocie Charles Taylor III, 36, of Tulsa, pleaded no contest Sept. 28 to driving with license suspended and speeding. A one-year sentence was suspended and he was fined $200 on the license charge and was ordered to pay the scheduled fine for speeding.

• Dustin M. Moore, 20, of Oklahoma City, pleaded guilty Sept. 28 to public intoxication and he was fined $10.

• Ramuald Valzquez-Martinez, 24, of Tyler, Texas, pleaded guilty Sept. 28 to driving without a valid driver’s license and he was fined $50.

• Kenneth Clay Kinsey, 67, of Kiowa, pleaded no contest Sept. 28 to driving with license revoked and public intoxication and a one-year sentence was suspended. He was also fined $260.

• Joshua Lee Parish, 24, of McAlester, pleaded guilty Sept. 25 to driving with license suspended and a one-year sentence was suspended, to be served concurrent with sentencing in two other cases. He was also fined $100.

• Parish also pleaded guilty Sept. 25 to a bogus check charge and a one-year sentence was suspended, to be served concurrent with sentencing in two other case.

• Pablo Corona-Santibane, 20, of Tulsa, pleaded guilty Sept. 24 to driving without a driver’s license and he was fined $50.
